Volunteers needed
Service Hours Available!
The Weston Community Garden Society is looking for volunteers to assist with the new Ann Wasserman Memorial Community Garden in Markham Park! We will need help with the following:
- planting fruit trees for the "food forest"
- building raised beds
- site planning
- planning and installing irrigation
- general gardening (pulling weeds, watering plants, etc.)
- fundraising
- distribution of produce grown for local food banks
- educational programs
- and more!
We are pleased to partner with Hands On Broward, which is helping us with our volunteer efforts. Or, please sign up as a general volunteer. (See below)
